Body Corporate Signs

Regulatory signs inform road users about traffic laws or regulations, non-compliance with which would be an offence. Regulatory signs stipulate locations subject to legal requirements or draw attention to situations where requirements may not be apparent.

Strata corporations / Owners Corporations use signage to ensure their common property is well-maintained and protected. To improve the value of client’s property and for the safety of all users of common property areas, for example, Common Driveways – Shared Zone, Speed Limit, Parking Allocation, Private Property, Residents Only, Property Address, Street Names and many more.

As with warning signs, regulatory signs make use of symbols and arrows to provide easy identification and clarity of instruction. Body Corporate signs can be used in either commercial or residential properties. We can create unique and individualised signs to suit your needs, we also have many examples available. These signs can be installed to existing brickwork or on galvanised posts. Signs can be single or double-sided. Galvanised posts are installed with a cap and can be of various heights of up to 3.2mts high.

ROAD SIGNS / BODY CORPORATE SIGNS / SAFETY SIGNS are all made using Aluminium plates. The standard also suggests that consideration should be given to the use of Class 1 reflective background for street name signs and signs required to be seen at night. Convex mirrors are also used for any area where there is an obstruction to your view. The mirror faces are manufactured from shatterproof acrylic and come with heavy duty fittings and will provide years of maintenance free service. Sizes available include: 300, 450, 600, 800, 900 and 1200mm.

Use in areas where covert cameras are not easily visible. Safety Signs are crucial in any workplace environment, the primary importance of displaying Safety Signs is to prevent injury and ensure staff and visitors are well aware of the possible dangers and hazards in certain situations or environments. All safety signs are to meet Australian Standards 1319 this standard sets out the requirements for the design and use of safety signs intended for use in the occupational environment.

Choosing signs to suit your application:
Mandatory Signs  – These signs specify an instruction that must be carried out.
Warning Signs – These signs warn of hazards or a hazardous condition that is not likely to be life-threatening.
Prohibition Signs – These signs specify behaviour or actions which are not permitted.
Danger Signs – These signs provide warning when a hazard or a hazardous condition is likely to be life-threatening.
Emergency Signs – These signs indicate the location of or directions to emergency related facilities. (exits, first aid, Emergency shower etc.)
Fire Signs – Advise the location of fire alarms and fire fighting equipment.
General Information signs – These signs are not referred in AS 1319, however are available to communicate information of a general nature and often refer to Notice Signs, housekeeping, company practices and Logistics.
